DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?

We offer Free Tracked Delivery on all watches.

HOW LONG WILL MY WATCH TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Usually your watch will arrive in 2-3 working days. We will contact you once we receive your order with a confirmation.

WILL MY WATCH BE IN PERFECT CONDITION?

All of our pre-owned watches undergo intensive preparation before you receive them. Our specialist team aim to bring the watch back to a high standard through specialist refurbishment, however as all of our watches are pre-owned, they will have some signs of previous wear so please bare this in mind when placing your order. We do not sell brand new watches, all of our watches are pre-owned and therefore they will not be in the same condition as a brand new watch.

DO YOU SERVICE THE WATCH?

Watches are serviced in line with manufactures specifications. If the watch has not been serviced recently, we will have the watched serviced by our specialist and experienced watch technicians for you. We will also provide a service document for you if we have serviced the watch.

DO ALL WATCHES COME WITH THE ORIGINAL STRAP?

Please check the item description. Some of our watches are sold with a high quality replacement strap or bracelet. Most watches are set on a genuine strap or bracelet, however this is not possible with every watch, due to the fact that they are pre-owned and age related wear may require a replacement which will not always be from the same manufacture as the watch. We advise if a replacement has been used in the item description.

DO ALL WATCHES COME IN THE ORIGINAL BOX?

Please check the item description. If the original box is not available then your watch will be packaged in a high quality That Watch box.

DO ALL WATCHES COME WITH ORIGINAL PAPERWORK?

Please check the item description. Not all watches come with their original paperwork. We will provide our own certificate of authenticity for you.

CAN I RETURN THE WATCH?

Obviously we hope that you are happy with your new watch and can enjoy owning it for years to come. If you do need to return the watch, we offer a 14 day returns policy. Please email our customer service team, who will be able to help you info@thatwatch.co.uk

HOW DO I KNOW THE WATCH IS GENUINE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK?

All of our watches are genuine luxury pre-owned watches. If the original paperwork is not available, you will still receive our own certificate of authenticity, along with your purchase receipt. If you ever decide to sell the watch, this will confirm that the watch is genuine and has been inspected by our experienced watch technicians.

DO YOU OFFER A PART EXCHANGE?

We do offer a part exchange of luxury watches in most cases. Please complete the Sell My Watch form on our website or send a description and photographs to our customer service team info@thatwatch.co.uk who will be happy to discuss this with you.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNT CODES?

We do not have any discount codes. All of our luxury pre-owned watches are extremely competitively priced to ensure that you are able to purchase your watch at a great price.
